Position Summary: We’re seeking a Settlement Coordinator with experience acting as settlement agent.

The ideal candidate is excited to hit the ground running and work collaboratively and closely alongside our Closing Manager and other teammates. We’re looking for a team player with a positive approach, curious by nature, customer centric, a problem solver, solution driven, and a great communicator (written and oral). Please note this is a part-time, in-office position. A candidate must have experience with SoftPro.

Responsibilities:

· Closing Support - Import and review title commitments and searches, communicate with realtors, buyers/sellers, lenders etc. regarding necessary items required for closing, order certifications and other documents as needed, work with Closing manager to prepare files for closing and schedule closings.

· Collaboration - Work closely with the Closing Manager to ensure all closing transactions go smoothly from the beginning to the end of the title cycle. Work collaboratively with co-workers to meet Legalty goals and mission.

· Client Satisfaction – Be an example of our Legalty brand by ensuring high level of customer satisfaction with excellent communication & accommodation skills.

· Responsiveness - Respond in a timely manner to all inquiries from all parties to transactions.

· Issue Resolution - Diagnose and solve issues impacting closings.

· Risk Management – Ensure each transaction complies with all requirements that reduce or eliminate risk to the company.

Qualifications:

· 5- 10 years of direct title processing experience and hands on experience in the full life cycle experience of processing and settlement.

· PA Notary.

Required Applications: Standard workplace applications with a basic proficiency in Excel; intermediate proficiency in Word and advanced proficiency in Outlook. Experience with a title software, SoftPro, is required.
