Train to Own Your Business (Face to Face Charity Fundraising)

Do you have at least 1 year of experience as a leader/manager in Face-to-Face Fundraising (Canvassing) for charities?
 
Do you believe you have even more to offer in the fundraising space?
 
We believe that creating a more inclusive space for ethical , forward-thinking leaders and managers to become owners of well-run fundraising agencies will ultimately serve the greater good and improve fundraising in the US. 
 
That is why we have created a program specifically designed to build the right people from leaders and managers into owners !
 
In this role you will not just be building a team,  you will be getting paid to build your business .You will do so under safety-net of one of the largest, most well-respected and successful Face-to-Face Fundraising Companies in the country.  Receive support in building your team (recruitment, training, travel opportunities ), while receiving training in all parts of the business (from managing cash-flow, KPI’s and recruitment to establishing a clear growth plan and building your brand). At the completion of the program, you take the keys to the business we’ve helped you build and run (no strings attached). We offer you the possibility to partner with us as a business on charity campaigns for years to come (based on having built a relationship of trust, shared values, good business and a shared genuine commitment to fundraising done right for our clients)

Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership/management experience in Face-to-Face Fundraising (Canvassing) for non-profits
• Commitment of 2 years to this program. (1 st year building your team, organizational structure and monitoring your KPI’s – 2 nd year as an independent business operating with support necessary to continue your growth)
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• A long-term commitment to ethical fundraising
