Calling All Creative Wizards!
Are you a Graphic Designer with a passion for creativity and a knack for data? Want to bring your design magic to the world of Amazon advertising ? We’re looking for someone to join our international team full-time (from wherever you are in the world!) and help us create scroll-stopping, conversion-boosting designs. You’ll get to flex your artistic muscles while diving into A/B testing to keep pushing the limits on what works.

Who are we?
We’re a dynamic, data-driven eCommerce agency specializing in Amazon Advertising for global brands . Our clients are crushing it on Amazon, and we’re about to level up by adding graphic design to our service lineup. If you love the idea of blending creativity with hard data to help brands shine, this is your chance to lead the charge.

You’ll start by working on our own brand, RYVE (check it out: amazon.com/ryve ), and learn from our expert graphic designers. We’ll teach you how to use A/B testing data to create designs that not only look amazing but also convert like crazy.

What you’ll do

• Design killer Amazon assets (think listing images, brand stories, A+ content, storefronts, and ads)
• Analyze A/B test data using tools like Pickfu and Intellivy to make your designs even better
• Collaborate with a team of creative pros to nail the brand messaging and hit performance goals
• Play around with AI tools like MidJourney and DALL-E to push your creative output to the next level
• Be a master of mockups —you’ll be creating realistic, eye-catching designs that resonate with the Amazon audience
• Understand Amazon shoppers inside and out, and tailor your designs to drive conversions
• Dive into regular training to master the fine art of conversion-optimized design

You’re our kind of designer if…

• You’ve got experience making Amazon assets that grab attention (bonus points if you know A+ content and ads!)
• You’re curious and want to learn how to fine-tune your designs based on A/B testing results
• You speak fluent English and can collaborate with a global team like a pro
• You’re cool with using AI to enhance your designs (it’s fun, we promise!)
• You live for mockups and know how to make products shine
• You’ve got a solid understanding of the Amazon audience and how to craft designs that speak to them
• You’ve dabbled in 3D modeling or video design—or you’re eager to learn!
