Responsible for supporting the Treasury Implementation and Support team for our organization with driving the best in class support and service experience.
Essential Responsibilities: - Assists with the administering and collecting feedback around our members and their experience with our organization and solutions
- Assumes responsibility for helping with administration work across the organization
- Utilize technical knowledge to perform assists in collecting and organization of data to enhance processes and manage organization dashboards
- Assist in the reviewing data and provide recommendations across all products and services
- Assists in the creating spreadsheets, dashboard and presentations to showcase the weekly and monthly successes.
- Learn about the cash management suite of products and services
- Obeys all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
Summer Internship Minimum Required Skills and Competencies: - Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must have completed at least one year of college and currently enrolled in college
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday, May 19, through early, mid-August
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively utilize modern telecommunications tools
- Punctual and dependable
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Works well in a team environment
- Ability to successfully balance multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented and strong willingness to help others
Desired Skills and Competencies: - Excel, PowerPoint and Visio experience
Physical Requirements: - Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally.
- Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time.
- Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation.
- Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
