Implement Addressing the Burden of Childhood Asthma in New York State grant including evidence-based strategies to expand the quality and availability of guidelines-based asthma control services in New York. Efforts aimed at improving asthma-related health outcomes and quality of life among children with asthma and their families/caregivers across New York’s highest asthma burden areas will be driven by the strategies outlined in the Center for Disease Control (CDC) National Asthma Control Program’s EXHALE Technical Package. This is a grant-funded position serving the State of New York, focusing primarily Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx.
Location: The position is located at the American Lung Association’s New York, NY office and will be a hybrid of in-person and virtual work.

Compensation: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The target hiring range for this position is between $50,000 and $56,000 per annum.
