Top Fashion in Addison, IL is looking for one retail sales associate to join our 25 person strong team. We are located on 54 W Lake St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Lead Retail Managers to maintain retail location
• Tend to customers queries and complaints.
• Communicate goals, financial records, issues and any valuable information (such as market conditions and merchandise opportunities) regarding store location to managers to maximize goals and objectives.
• Proactively communicate local events to District Sales Manager that can potentially increase store traffic
• Provide a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
• Enhance brand loyalty by empowering staff to offer a personable customer experience. Constantly look to enhance the customer experience.
• Be proficient at all retail operations of the POS system.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Ensure compliance of all company policy and procedures.
• Attendance on weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience
• Previous retail, customer service experience (Preferred)
