Working Schedule : 8a-5p CST

Holiday : US Holidays

Salary Range : 2000-2500 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiter/Sourcer to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet the organization's hiring needs. The ideal candidate is skilled in sourcing strategies, building candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers and leads to understand role requirements and staffing needs.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search methods, and social media, to identify qualified technical candidates.
• Engage with candidates through professional networks and direct outreach to build relationships and assess potential.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and role suitability.
• Maintain a well-organized database of active and passive candidates for current and future roles.
• Track and update candidate information in the ATS or other recruitment tools.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective and professional communication.
• Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and technical job functions.
• Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably for technical roles.
• Strong understanding of sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards) and advanced search techniques (e.g., Boolean).
• Familiarity with technical job functions and the tech industry.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment metrics (preferred).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
