Multi-Media/Graphics Designer
Job Description:
We’re seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is pivotal in designing, editing, and distributing an array of visual assets to engage both internal and external audiences. From digital and print graphics to social media videos and TV/radio ads, you’ll help bring our brand to life across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, hybrid role based at our corporate office in Arcadia.
Creative Production: Collaborate with the team to create and edit diverse assets, including TV/radio ads, digital/social media graphics, video content, presentations, and promotional materials. Apply design principles and multimedia tools for impactful visuals.
Video & Social Media: Develop video content aligned with brand standards for social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Act as videographer and photographer as needed.
Creative Brainstorming: Engage in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas that support both marketing and operational objectives.
Asset Management: Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, oversee production schedules, and coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely project delivery.
HubSpot & Digital Marketing: Utilize HubSpot to aid digital marketing efforts, including content management, asset organization, and landing page creation.
Brand Consistency: Uphold brand standards across all visual materials and ensure consistency in branding.
Education & Experience: Associate’s degree or higher with 5+ years of experience in graphic design, video production, social media content creation, or a related field.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), Canva, video editing software (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, etc.), and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
Digital Marketing: Familiarity with HubSpot for supporting digital marketing initiatives.
Photography & Videography: Experience in capturing, editing, and managing video/audio content.
Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Communication: Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders throughout the creative process.
