The Center for Indigenous Health (CIH) is located within International Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. The core activities housed at CIH include research studies of infectious diseases, behavioral and mental health, and various training programs. The CIH works in partnership with communities to promote Indigenous well-being and health leadership to the highest possible level.
We are seeking a Mental Health Programs Specialist . Reporting to the Associate Director for Mental Health programs at Johns Hopkins Center for Indigenous Health (?Center?), the Mental Health Programs Specialist position supports the education, training and research mission of the Center by performing and coordinating the administration of training and development where the Center?s Training and Research programs intersect. Additionally, this position includes facilitation, evaluation and supervision of training for program coordinators at the Chinle Site/Southwest Hub. This position further supports all Center sites and hubs. This position requires coordination with faculty and senior staff to develop the administrative tools and data systems for strategic planning that advances the Center?s experience for program participants, students, staff, faculty, and the department.
