Electric or Gas Designer/Project Manager - Land Development

Westwood Professional Services, Inc.

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking an Electric or Gas Designer/Project Manager to join our Land Development team. Westwood has a highly experienced and dynamic team of individuals dedicated to providing high-level professional services to our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proficiently creates and reviews project contracts.
  • Successfully manages projects with clients and the design team.
  • Effectively uses current computer aided design and production software to maximize efficiency of project delivery.
  • Communicates with various utility companies.
  • Reviews electric and/or gas plans and implements the company's QA/QC Policy.
  • Performs all project billing, collections and job cost analysis to maximize project profitability while maintaining quality of project deliverables.
  • Protects the well-being of the client and the company at all times.
Required Skills

  • Microsoft office applications
  • AutoCAD knowledge
  • Adobe or Bluebeam
  • Osmose program knowledge.
Preferred Experience

  • Qualified PG&E Applicant Designer.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer in California.
Compensation Range Minimum

USD $30.00/Hr.

Compensation Range Maximum

USD $60.00/Hr.
