Lead Client Solutions Manager - B2B Marketing Campaigns
Are you passionate about building relationships and driving impactful B2B marketing campaigns? We're looking for a Lead Client Solutions Manager to manage and grow relationships with key client accounts. In this role, you'll act as a trusted partner, providing strategic guidance and actionable insights to ensure the success of large-scale B2B marketing campaigns.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team in a hybrid role, with flexibility for remote candidates across the U.S. (preference for New York-based candidates).

Your Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture trusted relationships with key clients, delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Insights, Marketing, Media Operations, etc.) to align on client goals and execute effective campaign strategies.
Act as a consultative advisor to grow and renew client investments.
Analyze and optimize B2B advertising campaigns, providing strategic recommendations to meet and exceed client objectives.
Oversee all aspects of media campaigns, including targeting, creative quality, implementation, optimization, and ROI analysis.
Design strategic account plans using data and technology to achieve revenue goals.
Lead customer onboarding and ongoing education, ensuring a seamless and informed client experience.
Promote adoption of new products and technology integrations to enhance client success.
Collaborate with product teams to improve tools and services based on client feedback.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
7+ years in paid/digital media sales with a strong grasp of B2B marketing strategies.
5+ years collaborating with clients and agencies to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
7+ years in auction-based or programmatic campaign management (e.g., Google Ads, SEO/PPC).
Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Skills:
Proficiency in digital media metrics and campaign optimization.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
Strong understanding of internet advertising technology and marketing automation.
Expertise in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills to craft compelling sales pitches.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales planning software.
