Job Offer: OTR Company Driver CDL Class A

Key Highlights:

• Home Time : 12 days on the road 2 full days (48 hours) at home every other weekend.
  3 months of experience is a requirement
• Route : OTR across all 48 states with the majority of freight east of I35. No forced dispatch into NYC or its 5 boroughs.
• Miles : Drivers averagemiles per week (based on Hours of Service and availability).
• Freight : All notouch freight .
  • 5060% drop & hook
  • 4050% live unload
• Equipment : 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworth trucks.
  • Average haul length: 600 miles.
• Support : 24/7 access to operations specialists with empowered shifts for your needs.

Compensation and Bonuses:

• Mileage Pay : 0.54 0.60 CPM
• Detention Pay : $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
• Layover/Breakdown Pay : $100 per day.

• Mileage Bonus : 3 CPM based on safety mileage and productivity (eligible on the 1st of the month following your hire date).
  

Vacation Package:

• 1 year 1 week
• 3 years 2 weeks
• 7 years 3 weeks
• 15 years 4 weeks
