Role Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Relationship Building: Proactively engage with potential clients, using your entrepreneurial ability to identify opportunities and grow your client base.
Comprehensive Financial Planning: Develop tailored financial plans for clients that align with their goals and risk tolerance, acting as a strategic partner in their financial journey.
Investment Management: Provide expert investment advice and portfolio management, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure clients meet their financial objectives.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-lasting client relationships through exceptional service, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
Continuous Learning and Adaptation: Stay informed on industry trends, new investment strategies, and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to innovate and enhance your practice.
Desired Qualifications:
FINRA Series 7 & 66 Registration: (within 6 months) essential for providing comprehensive financial advice.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in wealth management, financial planning, or investment management, with a proven track record of success.
Certified Financial Planner (CFP): Preferred, as it demonstrates a commitment to the highest standards in financial planning.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills essential for making informed financial decisions.
Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
Portfolio Management: Proven ability to manage large client portfolios and foster deep client relationships, driving growth and client satisfaction.
Bonus Qualifications:
Advanced Degree: In Finance, Investment, or a related field, reflecting a commitment to excellence.
Financial Planning Software: Experience with leading financial planning tools to streamline your practice.
Customer-Facing Experience: Previous experience in roles that require direct client interaction.
T ax and Estate Planning: Familiarity with these areas to offer comprehensive financial solutions.
Networking Skills: Strong industry connections that can be leveraged to grow your practice.
