What You'll Do:

* Resolve conflicts with finesse, ensuring a positive work environment.
* Communicate confidently with everyone, from plant managers to subcontractors.
* Uphold top-notch standards, exceeding client expectations every time.
* Adapt on the fly, working from sketches or photos to solve challenges.
* Embrace technical tasks, from HVAC to conduit installations.
* Hold OSHA 30, forklift, and lift certifications (a plus).

Requirements:

* 2+ years of commercial/industrial construction experience.
* Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
* Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
* Accountability and attention to detail.
