Service & Parts Departments Manager Requirements:

• 5 years or more service & parts department manager in commercial vehicles
• Understanding how to service commercial customers.
• Cargo vans, passenger vans, box trucks, service trucks experience

• To manage the service and parts department of Cavalier Vans & Trucks
• Focus on profitability and maximizing revenue from service and parts.
• Build and manage team in the service and parts department.
• Coordinate with other departments to maximize profitability and servicing of customers.
• Grow the service and parts departments.

• Ability to lead people.
• Create a culture of quality and excellence.
• Ability to maximize profitability.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to recruit and retain quality techs and employees.

• Establish service processes to establish high quality customer service.
• Establish parts processes to maintain quality and fast delivery.
• Reports: To be able to create reports as needed and to maximize the profitability of Cavalier.
• Be able to navigate and help service and parts people with management systems.

• Create and grow online presence.
• Manage sales campaigns.
• Optimize customers online interaction.

• Build and manage sales team.
• Identify preferred customers and target sales efforts to those customers.
• Maximize each customer experience.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to develop repeat business.
• Develop mobile service capabilities.
• Develop parts fleet to provide excellent customer response time when a part is requested.
• Work closely with other departments to service existing customers quickly and professionally.

• Purchase, install and manage all equipment as needed.
• Prioritize safety at all times.

• Work with Cavalier management in finding and re-locating locations as needed.
• Identify new facilities for expansion.
• Coordinate setting up new locations as needed.

• Add or remove other duties as discussed with Cavalier management.
• Build a team over time to assist you in all these areas.
