Position: Project Manager - Digital Projects

We believe that Project Managers are the backbone of successful digital projects—they do much more than keep things on track and within budget. They build strong client relationships and ensure internal teams have the support they need to thrive. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated self-starter who brings not only excellent project management skills but also positive energy and fresh ideas. If you're passionate about creating outstanding work and driving project success, we want to hear from you!

Collaborate across departments: Work closely with Strategy, Design, Content, Development, and QA teams to deliver exceptional web projects.
Build strong client relationships: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they're always informed and confident in our process.
Create project documentation: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, status updates, and other reports to keep teams aligned and clients in the loop.
Streamline internal processes: Create clear Teamwork tickets and help our teams understand project requirements, ensuring high-quality, efficient work.
Contribute to process improvements: Work with management to continually enhance our web design and development processes.
Drive innovation: Partner with the Strategy Team to explore new solutions and keep projects fresh and forward-thinking.
Support business growth: Participate in lead generation, evaluate new business opportunities, and contribute to proposal development.
Represent the company: Occasionally attend conferences and networking events to share our work and learn from others in the web and marketing communities.
Stay current: Pursue professional development and keep up-to-date with the latest web and marketing trends.

What You Bring

While your project management skills are essential, we value the unique qualities that make you a great fit for our team. We're looking for someone who is:

Strategic: You excel at navigating client relationships and are skilled at managing challenges with poise.
Creative: You're passionate about your work and bring fresh, creative solutions to the table.
Intuitive: You can anticipate challenges before they arise and proactively solve problems.
Accountable: You take full ownership of your projects and are committed to seeing them through, from start to finish.
Confident: You communicate clearly and professionally, whether in meetings, presentations, or client interactions.
Entrepreneurial: You thrive when working independently and can manage projects with minimal oversight.
Passionate: You love what you do, give it your all, and are always looking for ways to grow.
Friendly: You bring a positive attitude to the team, collaborate openly, and are a great listener.
