Salesforce Administrator

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing teams by ensuring our Salesforce system is efficient and meets business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and configure Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Implement and maintain CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes within Salesforce.
• Oversee data management practices to ensure data integrity and security.
• Facilitate automation of processes using Salesforce Flows and Process Builders.
• Train end-users on Salesforce functionalities and best practices, promoting user adoption.
• Develop and manage reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and process improvements.
• Collaborate with legal teams and outside counsel to manage contracts and compliance.
• Support system changes and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption during outages and updates.
• Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and hierarchies to ensure data security and compliance.
• Actively participate in project management initiatives to drive system improvements and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CPQ, Sales Cloud, and the revenue tech stack.
• Proficient in data management and security settings, including role hierarchy and sharing rules.
• Experience in process improvement and problem-solving methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
