We're partnering with a leading Healthcare organization in the Overland Park, KS area to find their next superstar Recruiter! In this **fully remote, 3-month contract** role, you'll play a pivotal role in building their high-performing sales team.

**What You'll Do:**

* Be a strategic sourcing ninja, attracting top sales talent through various channels (job boards, social media, networking).
* Become an expert interviewer, uncovering the perfect fit for the team.
* Coordinate interviews & manage the offer process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and team dynamics.
* Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends in recruiting.

**What We're Looking For:**

* A **Sales Recruitment Rockstar** with proven full-cycle recruiting experience (it's a must!).
* A keen understanding of sales roles and what makes them tick.
* Communication & interpersonal skills that would make Dale Carnegie proud.
* The ability to build genuine relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
* Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - you're a tech whiz!
* Stellar organizational & time management skills - juggling is your superpower!
* A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
