Job Description

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a detail-oriented Remote Records Clerk to join our team! In this role, you will play a key part in managing and maintaining our digital records, ensuring that they are organized, accurate, and easily accessible. We are looking for someone who loves being organized, has a strong eye for detail, and can communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update digital records following company guidelines and procedures.
Accurately input data into databases and spreadsheets.
Organize and categorize documents for quick and easy retrieval.
Assist with the preparation of reports and summaries as needed.
Ensure all records are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
Respond to information requests from team members and management promptly.
Conduct regular audits to ensure records are complete and accurate.
Support the transition from physical records to digital formats, when applicable.
Collaborate with other departments to improve and streamline record-keeping processes.
Protect sensitive information by maintaining confidentiality and security.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in administration or records management is a plus).
Proven experience in data entry, record-keeping, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and experience with database management.
Excellent attention to detail and top-notch organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
Familiarity with record management software or systems is a plus.
Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations is preferred.
