The purpose of this role is to provide analytical and project management support for the field office and headquarters real estate portfolio. Making an Impact Field Offices Monitor lease end dates and support lease portfolio planning; document decisions and related actions Document business case template for key real estate investments & dispositions Work with field office leaders to capture requirements for branch refresh projects; document requirements for transaction & project managers Audit real estate project documentation to ensure vendor compliance Support capital planning process Deliver a suite of management reports covering key metrics such as location counts, site utilization, rent/occupancy costs, buildout costs, vendor performance; analyze and convey insights to real estate and brand leaders Assist with creation of monthly real estate MMR deck Support continuous improvement process with real estate vendor Collaborate with Data Analytics and HRIS teams to support data governance & accuracy across all internal systems Support annual sustainability reporting process Headquarters Support development of annual capital plan; monitor actual vs. budgeted spend monthly Lead the occupancy management process within iOffice/Eptura platform Provide project management support for large capital projects or team moves Your Typical Day and Other Key Details Launch projects in CoStar Real Estate Manager system; work with vendor to assign project support resources Participate in weekly project status meetings; document risks and required actions Act as Power BI/data visualization subject matter expert for real estate team Process moves/adds/changes within iOffice/Eptura platform Required High school diploma or equivalent 1 year experience in corporate real estate, finance or related field Nice to Have Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance or related field Experience with business intelligence & occupancy management software ManpowerGroup is proud to be an equal opportunity affirmative action workplace.
