About the Role:

Were looking for a dedicated Quality Management Specialist with indepth Windchill Solutions Architect experience to lead the integration of Quality Management Systems (QMS) on the Windchill platform. This role requires knowledge of quality standards specific to the semiconductor industry and the ability to work crossfunctionally to maintain compliance and optimize quality processes. Your Mission:

• Quality Management System Implementation: Lead the design configuration and management of QMS within the Windchill platform to ensure compliance and integration with existing processes.
• Windchill QMS Module Expertise: Utilize knowledge of Windchills QMS module to manage processes such as document control CAPA nonconformance management and audit management.
• Semiconductor Compliance: Ensure QMS aligns with semiconductor industry standards including ISO IPC and JEDEC and meets customerspecific quality requirements.
• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering regulatory supply chain and customerfacing teams to support product lifecycle quality from design to customer delivery.
• Supplier Quality Management: Oversee supplier quality by defining metrics setting performance targets and conducting regular reviews.
• Process Optimization: Evaluate and refine QMS processes for efficiency and product quality.
• Training & Support: Train internal teams on Windchill QMS functions promoting best practices.
• Quality Audits & Reporting: Lead internal and external quality audits produce detailed reports and ensure timely followup on findings.
• Customer Quality Management: Work with sales and customer engineering teams to integrate customer requirements manage RMAs and conduct quality reviews.

Core Competencies:

• Expert knowledge of Windchill QMS and semiconductor quality management.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Ability to work in crossfunctional teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for crossdepartmental collaboration.

What You Bring:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Quality Management or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years as a Windchill Solution Architect or similar role in quality management within the semiconductor industry.
• Skills: Proficiency in Windchill QMS semiconductor manufacturing standards and quality assurance practices.

Schedule & Shift Details:

• Work Schedule: Fulltime 40 hours per week.
• Start Date: September 16 2024.
