Job Description

Work Schedule :

100% FTE; 10 hour overnight shift (8:30 PM - 7:00 AM); rotating schedule; four week rotation. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay :

  • External hires may be eligible for up to a $10,000 sign on bonus.

We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician Specialist to:

  • Prepare and distribute pharmaceuticals, perform inventory control, compliance audits, and financial transactions, provide excellent customer service, and maintain pharmacy records.
  • Provide exemplary assistance to interdepartmental team members with their pharmacy needs.
  • Be a self starter! Have exceptional time management and prioritization skills when managing multiple competing priorities in a busy work environment.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced pharmacy technician with a diverse skill set. Our night shift technicians must be capable of performing any task that may arise within their scope.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program Preferred

Work Experience

  • 6 months experience as a pharmacy technician, completion of accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program, or completion of second year of pharmacy school Required

Licenses & Certifications

  • Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician Registration upon hire Required
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician Preferred
