Are you looking to join a team of dedicated and experienced pediatric therapists? 

The Honeybee team is seeking a pediatric  Occupational therapist to join a well established clinician owned & managed  private practice in the Pasadena area. 

Company overview:

• Multidisciplinary team of ST/OT/PT

Position overview:

• $51-$60/hour OR $71k-$87k/year salary option available DOE
• Flexible schedules with the option of working 4 or 5 days a week
• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans catered towards the whole child
• Create and implement individualized therapy plans focused on improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and adaptive behaviors
• Collaborate with the child's care team
• Use play-based therapy to engage children in a fun and motivating way
• Educate and coach parents/caregivers on home-based activities to reinforce therapy goals.
• Track and document progress, making changes to the treatment plan to ensure the best client outcome and satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest research and practices in speech-language and feeding

Qualifications:

• Active or pending Texas Occupational Therapy license
• Ability to work in Pasadena
• Experience working with children with developmental delays or disabilities preferred
• Warm, fun and energetic personality with a passion for helping enrich the lives of children
