Role Overview
We’re seeking a Part-Time Contract Recruiter with experience in 360 recruitment to join us. This fully remote, US-based role is ideal for an independent recruiter who wants to grow their career under the Next Step brand while enjoying the freedom and support of a flexible schedule and location.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client acquisition to candidate placement
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and hiring goals
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and personal networks
  • Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks
  • Leverage the resources and branding of Next Step Recruitment to enhance your recruiting efforts
  • Maintain updated information in our ATS

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record in 360 recruitment, including managing client and candidate relationships
  • Strong sourcing and talent acquisition skills across industries and levels
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Must own a computer and have a stable internet connection
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Willingness to work under the Next Step Recruitment brand and be publicly connected to the brand on LinkedIn
  • For freelance recruiters: you'll be required to work under the Next Step Recruitment brand and maintain visibility on LinkedIn as part of our team.

Compensation

  • Flexible and negotiable, based on experience and preference:
