Job Description:
The NDT Inspector is responsible to ensure purchased and manufactured parts meet all quality control procedures engineering specifications and customer requirements in order to deliver product with the highest quality levels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Set up and calibrate equipment
Interpret evaluate and document results
Conduct tests with appropriate NDT technique to affirm or negate anomalies
Read and interpret client specifications inline inspection data and drawings
Apply general and specific training skills associated with inspections
Complete computerized reports research code requirements and file paperwork
Assist in quality control functions as assigned qualifications
Complete all required Company safety and jobrelated training and demonstrated proficiency of the methods procedures and tools used to accomplish the task being performed
Always follow and enforce the Company required safe work practices and procedures
Observes test procedures and product compliance to learn internal and industry specifications
Enforce and abide by the requirements of safe operation and personal safety using required Personal Protective Equipment and Safe Practices per company policy
Complete all required Company safety and jobrelated training and demonstrated proficiency in the methods procedures and tools used to accomplish the task being performed
Perform other jobrelated tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications and Education Requirements
High school diploma/GED required
Ability to read technical documents
Willing to work with others and promptly share relevant information with others
Ability to perform a variety of tasks often changing assignments with short notice
Proven ability to prioritize and complete work assignments by specific deadlines
Proven ability to communicate with customers supervision and coworkers
Proven ability to follow precise directions and procedures as directed by supervision
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Balancing; crouching; feeling; manual dexterity; handling; hearing; kneeling; lifting and carrying over 50 lbs; pulling; pushing; reaching arms length; standing; stooping; walking; visual acuity (visual perception of detail at distances close to the eyes data and figures computer terminal visual inspection involving small defects and small parts.
