Job Title: IBM Integration Bus (IIB) Developer

Experience (Years): 8-10

Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months

Competencies:

• Digital: Guidewire Policy Center, IBM Data Management

Role Description:

• Proficient in IBM Integration Bus (IIB) version 9 and beyond.
• Experience implementing various messaging transports/standards such as SSL, REST, JSON, SOAP, Message Models, and File Processing.
• Skilled in creating XML Schemas and WSDL/SOAP-based interfaces.
• Experience in developing REST/JSON interfaces with accompanying Swagger documentation.
• Hands-on expertise in integration analysis, design, and adherence to best practices.
• Proficient in scripting on Linux or Windows to support team activities.
• 2+ years of Guidewire Policy Center development experience, including GOSU programming.
• 3+ years of experience in software design, development, modification, and deployment with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Expertise in configuring and developing Policy Center components, including:
  • Policy Transactions/Job Configuration
  • Product Modeling
  • Quoting and Rating Management
  • Forms Management
  • Policy Revisioning
  • Underwriting Authority
  • Account Management
  • Batch Framework
  • Policy Center Administration
• Skilled in configuring operational and administrative parameters, such as roles and permissions.
• Experience in Agile development environments for delivering user stories.
• Demonstrated experience with Guidewire software upgrades (minor and major).
• Experience in implementation, maintenance, and support projects for Guidewire Policy Center.
• Knowledge of personal insurance lines, such as General Liability or Professional Liability, is a plus.
