We're looking for a talented IT Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team at a leading hospital system in New York City. In this hybrid role (2 days in office, 3 days remote), you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing strategic sourcing initiatives that drive efficiency, innovation, and cost savings.

What you'll do:

Sourcing Strategist: Analyze spending data, conduct market research, and spearhead the entire RFP process to identify and secure the best IT professional services partners.
Dealmaker Extraordinaire: Lead end-to-end negotiations for multi-million dollar contracts, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and securing the most favorable terms.
Collaborative Champion: Work closely with internal stakeholders across IT, finance, legal, and vendor teams to foster strong relationships and achieve shared objectives.
Contract Maestro: Possess a deep understanding of negotiating and managing IT professional service agreements, ensuring clarity and mutual benefit.
What you'll bring:

Sourcing Savvy: 5+ years of experience in sourcing IT professional services, including vendor selection, cost management, and negotiation.
Negotiation Ninja: Proven track record of successfully driving multi-million dollar IT professional services contracts with major vendors.
Stakeholder Superstar: Extensive experience in building and managing collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Academic Edge: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
