Job Description

A large, profitable and progressive Ag operation is actively seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee its daily operation and employees.

Farm Manager Requirements:

* Experience as a farm manager or assistant farm manager
* Strong management and leadership skills
* Good communication skills and able to delegate well
* Extensive Equipment operation experience
* row crop experience

Farm Manager Responsibilities:

* Help supervise tillage, pre-irrigation, planting, spraying, growing, and harvesting
* Oversee the calibration of all equipment, planting, spraying, fertilizing, harvesting
* Consult on operating plans, purchase and replacement of equipment
* Operate and repair farm equipment when necessary
