Estate and Document Attorney

We are seeking a motivated attorney to join our Tax and Wealth Management teams, focusing on estate planning. In this fully remote role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, collaborating with their financial advisors, tax attorneys, CPAs, accountants, and health care agents to provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals to deliver comprehensive estate planning services.
Utilize existing documents from our external counsel or create your own to meet client needs.
Conduct client meetings, offering guidance and leadership to both clients and team members.
Stay informed about the latest state laws and regulations related to estate planning.
Build relationships with other law firms, leveraging our network as a valuable referral source to expand your practice.

Qualifications:

Entry-level attorneys are welcome to apply (must have passed the State Bar).
Competitive compensation ranging from $250 to $350 per hour, with uncapped earning potential (500K - 1M+).
No travel is required; this is a remote position.
You will receive an established book of business, including over 100 households with average client assets ranging from $1 million to $10 million.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to implement proven presentation systems.
Strong leadership abilities and decisiveness in group settings.
Effective time management and organizational skills to meet key performance indicators.
Collaborative skills to transform ideas into actionable strategies alongside tax, business, and financial advisors.
