Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Fully remote position, with a preference for candidates based in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area.
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join a fast-paced, dynamic team that is passionate about advancing scientific knowledge for the development of future medicines. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of internal subject matter experts to execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, with a strong focus on email, LinkedIn, social media, search, websites, webinars, YouTube, live events, and outbound marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
Design and maintain regular email newsletters for customers, prospects, and event attendees, working with internal teams to ensure the content is accurate and engaging.
Develop and manage paid and organic social media campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram/Facebook, partnering with internal teams to create relevant content.
Build and maintain website content, including landing pages, in collaboration with internal content creators and engineers.
Oversee a series of online webinars and manage video content, ensuring it aligns with the expertise of internal subject matter experts.
Lead paid search engine marketing efforts and guide internal teams on search engine optimization (SEO) and keyword strategy.
Monitor and report on marketing performance across all channels, providing insights to leadership and internal teams to inform product development and commercial efforts.
Product Marketing:
Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing assets and collateral, ensuring messaging is clear and aligned with product goals.
Drive product marketing campaigns that introduce new features and encourage the use of existing features.
Growth Marketing:
Manage contact and account lists, segmenting data to identify key drivers of conversion.
Optimize conversion rates through testing and refinement of marketing tactics, including outbound messaging and other key marketing funnels.
Develop strategies to identify target accounts and ensure leads are routed efficiently to the sales team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a deep understanding of digital marketing principles.
5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally in startup or growth-stage companies.
Expertise in HubSpot and LinkedIn marketing tools.
Strong written communication skills with a basic understanding of graphic design.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.
Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience, qualifications, and location, with a range of $60K-$85K.
