Job Title:  Deliver Driver and Warehouse Associate

Location:  Maspeth, New York

Position Overview:

The Delivery Driver and Warehouse Associate will play a crucial role in our daily operations by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of warehouse supplies to our customers in Maspeth and surrounding areas. In addition to delivery responsibilities, this position will also involve various warehouse duties, including unpacking, packing, customer service, and general warehouse management tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Handle and load/unload warehouse supplies onto delivery vehicles.
• Perform warehouse duties such as unpacking incoming shipments, organizing inventory, packing orders for delivery, and maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
• Assist with general warehouse management tasks, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and warehouse organization.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
• Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
• Familiarity with Maspeth and surrounding areas preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Schedule and Compensation:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM
• Hourly pay rate: $18- $22 per hour
