Join our dynamic Data Enrichment team as a Data Entry Associate! In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting data enrichment tasks for a valued healthcare client. Your commitment to high-quality standards will contribute to our quality control process.

What You'll Do:
Review and complete enrichment tasks as outlined in client training.
Handle credentialing-related tasks, including data entry for applications, verifying vendor resources, and managing board certifications.
Follow up with state boards and credentialing bodies to obtain status updates and verifications.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of credentialing data, maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Verify information from third-party entities using online databases to ensure accuracy.
Take on additional duties and tasks as needed.
Pay Rate:
$16 USD/hour

Qualifications:
6+ months of experience in a data entry or customer service role is a plus.
Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent command of the English language.
Great written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to support a work-from-home setup.
Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
