Job Description

  • Adherence to company’s safety policies and vehicle/travel policies.
  • Timely completion of documentation relating to project assignments (I-9, subsistence, etc.).
  • Keeping profiles and learning platforms (ESS, Talent Navigator, Power Train, Concur) up to date.
  • Submit expense reports and itemized receipts within two weeks of expense.
  • Work project hours as required, including 12-hour shifts or seven days during peak schedules.
  • Book all company travel through Concur and use T&T for flight changes or assistance.
  • Comply with matrix reporting structures for HTS and projects.
  • Follow proper PTO request processes, ensuring approval by supervisors.
  • Understand TDY move expectations, including lease breaks, mileage, and expenses.
  • Access and comply with site applications and requirements (Devon Way, CMO, Welding Tracking, etc.).
  • Learn and comply with Weld Tracking systems, POD in InEight, and other specific project applications.
  • Maintain compliance with Heat Treatment temperature profiles, project-specific codes, and WPS requirements.
  • Complete daily turnovers with detailed logs, step lists for tasks, and documentation uploads by end of next shift.
  • Execute QA/QC tasks such as signing charts, maintaining weld management systems, and managing documentation uploads.
  • Clean and maintain the control room at least once per shift.
  • Participate in project activities while representing the company professionally at all times.

 

Skills Required

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Visio).
  • Ability to work with and operate VNC and Multiplicity.
  • Proficient in using communication devices and tools for company business (email, Skype, texting).
  • Multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Heat Treatment troubleshooting (open TCs, crossed TCs, power failure, heater loss, low/high amperage).
  • Detailed knowledge of the Icestar control system (operation and troubleshooting).
  • Understanding of Weld tracking systems and POD in InEight programs.
  • Ability to execute QA/QC site requirements (documentation process, request systems, weld tracking programs).
  • Familiarity with calibration of equipment (Top Hats and Machines).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Respectful and professional communication with peers, management, and project teams.

 

Education/Training/Certifications

  • High School Degree or GED

 

Additional Requirements

  • Good attendance and timekeeping habits.
  • Full compliance with project and company travel and safety policies.
  • Adherence to TDY planning and scheduling requirements.
  • Limited personal phone usage while at work.
  • Keep company-provided communication tools updated and returned if not in use.
  • Represent company in a professional manner during events and on social media.

 

Pay Rate/Salary

  • Starting at $20-24/hr depending on experience
