Clark Roofing Co. is a leading provider of commercial roofing services, known for our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Roof Service Department Manager to join our dynamic team.

As the Commercial Roof Service Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our service department. This includes managing service technicians, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the service department team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and timely project performance, scheduling and dispatch of all service technicians
• Review of work orders of work orders before and after job completion
• Develop and implement service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of roofing projects to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions and maintaining positive client relationships
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports related to the service department
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing or a related field
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and repair techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in using service management software and other relevant tools

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
