Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial lending clients in Southeast Michigan.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, leveraging your existing book of business.
* Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other data to assess the creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
* Structure, negotiate, and close commercial loans up to $4MM.
* Provide exceptional service to existing clients while identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional banking products and services.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth onboarding and ongoing support of clients.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in commercial lending, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding lending goals.
* An established book of business in Southeast Michigan, with strong relationships in the local market.
* In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, credit underwriting, and loan structuring.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
