Position Overview:  As the Office Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face and first point of contact for all visitors and field employees entering the office. In this role, you'll handle day-to-day administrative tasks and offer crucial support to our Clinical Manager and Regional Clinical Director. If you're organized, people-savvy, and love to keep things running smoothly, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Answer high-volume, multi-line phones while delivering stellar customer service to various callers.
• Keep the office stocked and tidy by managing supplies, postage, and general organization.
• Greet visitors and assist with inquiries at the front desk.
• Sort and distribute mail and faxes like a pro!
• Coordinate travel for our clinical leadership (jet-set style!).
• Enter and manage data in various spreadsheets.
• Coordinate building maintenance with the landlord and outside vendors.
• Procure marketing materials and other media for smooth business operations.
• Ensure office supplies are fully stocked (because no one likes an empty pen drawer!).
• Help plan fun and important events for the team.
• Prepare communications for field staff.
• Run reports using industry software like a data wizard.
• Track and manage Physician Orders.
• Assist with New Hire Orientation to give new team members a warm welcome.
• Tackle other exciting tasks as assigned.

What You Bring:

• At least 2 years of experience in home health or healthcare preferred, or a certificate from a 1-2 year business college (bonus points for healthcare experience!).
• You're 18+ and ready to roll.
• You will need a valid driver's license to go to the Fed-Ex store, post office, pick up Drs orders, etc. (we will pay you for this, don't worry)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook—you're all over it!).
• The ability to quickly learn industry-specific software.
• Spanish-speaking skills? That's a major plus!
