Job Description

We are proud to partner with several non-profit organizations in the El Paso area. We are currently seeking a Charity Customer Service Representative to join our team and contribute to fundraising campaigns, and the development of impactful sales events. This role also includes training new associates, helping to cultivate a supportive and collaborative environment.

Our diverse team brings a wealth of expertise and backgrounds, enabling us to create successful fundraising events for our charity partners. As a member of the Chosen Group family, you will thrive in a friendly atmosphere, energized by your interactions with potential donors from the initial greeting to closing the donation.

Charity Customer Service Representative   Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout events, engaging with both team members and potential donors to maximize donations.
  • Clearly communicate our charity partners' core messages to inspire and increase donor contributions.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines during events.
  • Attend in-person and virtual meetings to enhance your knowledge of our charity partners and their missions.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of events, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.

Charity Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • A positive, energetic spirit, with a creative mindset and a strong drive for success.
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Ability to adhere to established processes and guidelines.
  • Passion for working with people and a commitment to giving back to the community.
