Responsibilities

As the Change Manager you will take ownership of a portfolio of business units undergoing significant transformation initiatives, and play a pivotal role in driving organizational change, fostering innovation, and ensuring successful outcomes for each business unit within the portfolio. You are empowered to make a real difference by supporting Senior level leaders through complex transformations. While helping our organizations through the change journey, you are continuously learning about various business models, increasing your skill sets and collaborating across the organization.

Key Functions Include:

  • Ownership of the change portfolio, overseeing and coordinating transformation initiatives across multiple companies.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of each company's goals, challenges, and culture to tailor change strategies accordingly.
  • Developing and implementing change management strategies that align with the business objectives of each company in the portfolio.
  • Creating detailed change plans while considering the unique needs and timelines of each organization.
  • Coordinating the design and delivery of training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge required for successful transformation.
  • Collaborating with process engineers and trainers to ensure alignment of training programs with overall change objectives.
Qualifications

Please note this role requires travel of 50-60%, with an expectation to be on-site at one of our technology hubs four days a week when not traveling (Des Moines IA Metro, Philadelphia PA Metro, or the DC Metro). This is a hybrid role and not a fully remote role.

  • 3-5+ years of project management experience for mid to large sized organizations
  • Ability to influence others and drive change
  • Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders, including executives, organization leaders
  • Ability to develop and implement change management strategies that align with business objectives
  • Experience overseeing and coordinating transformation initiatives across multiple business units
  • Effective communication skills to ensure understanding of the change vision, objectives, and expected benefits
  • Experience coordinating the design and delivery of training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge for successful transformation
  • PMP certification and experience with Agile is a plus
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry or with Guidewire experience is a plus
