We provide comprehensive healthcare services to underserved populations in Polk, Highlands, and Hardee counties. Our offerings include primary medical and dental care, pediatrics, obstetrics, and gynecology, as well as lab and X-ray services at many of our locations. We also offer pharmacy services at six of our sites.
