BUSINESS LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Location: New York, NY

Our client, a highly-regarded AmLaw 200 national law firm, is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Attorney to join their Business Litigation Practice in New York . This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled litigator to work on high-profile matters in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Bar Admission in New York is required.
• 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation or professional liability matters in NY state and federal courts. 
• Strong analytical and legal writing skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• A clerkship is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex business and commercial litigation cases in New York state and federal courts.
• Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.
• Provide counsel on high-stakes disputes across a variety of industries.
• Demonstrate initiative in managing client matters while ensuring exceptional client service.
