Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Investment Funds Associate to join our team, supporting a global Investment Funds Practice. This role is ideal for associates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity fund formation and fund operations. The position offers the opportunity to work with fund sponsors worldwide, managing diverse aspects of fund structuring, fundraising, and regulatory matters across various asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

• Private Equity Fund Formation : Advise fund sponsors on structuring and fundraising for private investment funds, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Sponsor and Fund Operations : Handle internal sponsor arrangements, fund operations, and all relevant legal documentation.
• Regulatory and Compliance Support : Provide guidance on regulatory and compliance matters affecting investment funds, including the evolving landscape of compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in investment fund formation and operational matters, with a particular focus on private equity .
• Proven ability to manage fund formation processes, operational documentation, and sponsor compliance.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
