// Position Overview

As an Account Team Lead at AZPRO, you will lead a team of account managers to provide outstanding client experiences. This role is essential in ensuring smooth collaboration between clients, internal teams, and external vendors. You will oversee client projects, manage deadlines, and drive team success by fostering a culture of communication, organization, and accountability.

// Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and oversee a team of account managers, ensuring professional growth and high performance.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for escalations and critical accounts.
• Project Oversight: Ensure all client projects are executed on time, within scope, and on budget, meeting AZPRO’s high-quality standards.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with fellow Account Team Leads, Marketing and Account Managers to develop accounts that align with company goals.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs for the team and provide regular feedback to ensure goal achievement and continuous improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production, design, and sales teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

// Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management and Sales, preferably in large-format graphics, signage, or a related industry.
• At least 2 years of experience leading or managing a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems and handle client concerns with professionalism.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (Pace MIS) is a plus
